Uses of Viagra
Men who have erectile dysfunction can benefit from Viagra by getting and keeping an erection when becoming sexually stimulated.
Viagra Directions
Viagra is taken by mouth anywhere from one-half hour to four hours before sexual activity (one hour is the most effective). Viagra should only be taken as directed, normally once a day as needed. An erection is achieved with Viagra along with sexual stimulation.
Viagra Side Effects
With Viagra dizziness, diarrhea, nasal stuffiness, upset stomach, headache, or flushing may occur. Notify your doctor promptly if these side effects persist or worsen.
Viagra Precautions
Your doctor should know your medical history before using Viagra, including allergies (especially drug allergies), history of painful or prolonged erection (priapism), conditions regarding your penis such as figrosis/scarring, blood system cancers (such as myeloma or leukemia), sickle cell anemia, or Peyronie’s disease, kidney or liver disease, eye problems (retina diseases), heart diseases, stroke or sever high or low blood pressure, or bleeding disorders or active stomach ulcers. Alcohol may aggravate any of the side effects of Viagra and should be limited. Get up slowly from a lying or seated position to avoid lightheaded and dizziness. Caution is advised to the elderly because they may be more sensitive to Viagra’s side effects.
Drug Interactions with Viagra
Inform your doctor of all prescription and nonprescription medication that may be used. Especially these medications; especially nitrate medication (e.g., isorbide dinitrate, nitroglycerin) cimetidine, erythromycin, medications for the treatment of blood pressure, azole antifungals (ketoconazole, itraconazole,), rifamycins (e.g., rifampin), nitroprusside (any “nitric oxide donor” medicines), or mibefradil.

Viagra Storage
Viagra and all medication should be kept of the reach of children. Viagra should be stored away from light and moisture at room temperature between 59 and 86 degree F (15030 degrees C). Viagra does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases (for example, HIV Hepatitis B, gonorrhea).
