Cyclobenzaprine is known to interact with antidepressents, particularly MAOI's. If you are taking MAOI's, using Cyclobenzaprine could cause a sudden spike of fever and seizures.

 

Cyclobenzaprine Dosage

 

Cyclobenzaprine is most commonly taken three times daily in divided doses of 20 to 40 milligrams. You should never take more than 60 milligrams of Cyclobenzaprine in 24 hours.
